3 hours | $600
A focused, trauma-informed psychotherapy intensive for high-achieving adults who feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in familiar patterns, or overwhelmed despite insight and effort.
This intensive is designed for people who are “functioning” but whose nervous systems are still operating from old survival patterns, making it difficult to feel regulated, grounded or aligned.
Who This Intensive Is For
This is a good fit if you:
Struggle with anxiety, perfectionism or people-pleasing
Overfunction in relationships or work and feel resentful or depleted
Intellectualize your emotions but feel stuck in the same cycles
Want uninterrupted time to gain clarity and direction
Have tried therapy before but want deeper, more focused work
What We Focus On
During the Pattern Reset Intensive, we work to:
Identify survival roles and long-standing emotional patterns
Understand how your nervous system learned to adapt and why those responses still show up
Increase nervous system regulation and emotional awareness
Translate insight into practical, realistic next steps
This is structured, intentional work not open-ended processing.
What’s Included
One 3-hour psychotherapy session
Pattern mapping and clinical formulation
Neuroscience-informed regulation strategies tailored to your nervous system
A brief written summary outlining key themes and recommended next steps
Optional short-term follow-up support may be recommended to support integration.
Important Notes
This intensive is not crisis care
It is not a replacement for ongoing therapy
It is most appropriate for emotionally stable clients who want to understand and update long-standing nervous system patterns
Some clients use this as a one-time experience. Others use it as an entry point into more structured care.

2 hours | $400
A focused, trauma-informed psychotherapy for high-achieving adults whose mind doesn’t slow down. Your body feels tense. Rest feels uncomfortable or undeserved.
This 2-hour intensive is designed to help interrupt anxiety-driven overfunctioning, slow internal urgency and restore a sense of emotional steadiness without diving into trauma processing or long-term therapy commitments.
Who This Intensive Is For
This intensive is a good fit if you:
Feel anxious, keyed up, or mentally “on” most of the time
Carry a strong sense of responsibility for others
Notice overthinking, urgency or spiraling between sessions
Feel close to burnout but still pushing through
Want focused support without committing to weekly therapy
Need help slowing down patterns not analyzing your entire past
This service is especially helpful for people who are often the fixer, strong one or peacekeeper and struggle to pause without guilt.
What This Intensive Focuses On
• Containment & Regulation
Helping your nervous system settle so anxiety feels more manageable rather than overwhelming.
• Understanding Overfunctioning
Identifying how anxiety, responsibility, and self-pressure interact and why slowing down feels hard.
• Interrupting Urgency
Noticing internal rules (e.g., “I have to handle this now”) and creating space to respond instead of react.
• Reflective Awareness
Increasing insight into patterns without judgment or self-criticism.
• Integration
Helping you leave feeling steadier, more grounded and less consumed by internal pressure.
This work is supportive and stabilizing, not exploratory or emotionally flooding.
What This Intensive Is Not
To set clear expectations, this intensive does not include:
Trauma processing or exposure work
Advice or decision-making
Crisis or emergency care
Couples or relationship mediation
“Fixing” external situations
If you’re seeking deeper exploration of long-standing patterns or childhood dynamics, the 3-hour Pattern Reset Intensive may be a better fit.
Next Steps
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stretched thin and want structured support to slow things down this intensive may be a strong starting point.
A brief consultation will help determine if this service is the right fit for your current needs.
