Your Questions, Answered

  • I work with high-achieving adults and professionals who experience anxiety, burnout, perfectionism or long-standing relational patterns. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one, the fixer or the one others rely on, and are ready to understand and shift those patterns.

  • No. Many clients don’t identify with the word “trauma.” Therapy focuses on understanding how early experiences, stress or responsibility shaped current patterns, not labeling your past. If you feel stuck in anxiety, overfunctioning or emotional exhaustion, therapy may still be helpful.
