I work with high-achieving adults and professionals who experience anxiety, burnout, perfectionism or long-standing relational patterns. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one, the fixer or the one others rely on, and are ready to understand and shift those patterns.

No. Many clients don’t identify with the word “trauma.” Therapy focuses on understanding how early experiences, stress or responsibility shaped current patterns, not labeling your past. If you feel stuck in anxiety, overfunctioning or emotional exhaustion, therapy may still be helpful.

The first session includes a psychosocial assessment, review of relevant measures, discussion of your concerns and collaborative goal-setting. This session helps establish clarity and direction for our work together while ensuring you feel supported and understood.

Therapy is not formulaic or scripted. Sessions are shaped by your needs, capacity, and what’s coming up, with attention to patterns that affect your emotional well-being and relationships.

Therapy length varies depending on your goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term focused work, while others choose longer-term support. We regularly check in to ensure therapy remains aligned with your goals.

This is a private-pay practice. I currently accept Lyra EAP and also support clients who use out-of-network insurance benefits.
For out-of-network benefits, I partner with Thrizer, which allows you to:
Review your benefits and estimated costs before your first session
Pay only your co-insurance at the time of service
Many clients save up to 70% upfront using Thrizer.
Using Thrizer is optional. If you choose not to use it, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

It allows for deeper work than a standard session but does not replace ongoing therapy when consistent support is needed.

No. Intensives focus on insight, regulation and integration, not revisiting or processing traumatic memories. The goal is clarity and support, not emotional overwhelm.
