  • That’s So Therapy, PLLC currently works with Lyra Health as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. Lyra coverage is subject to eligibility, authorization, and session limits determined by your employer’s plan.

    For clients who are not using Lyra, That’s So Therapy, PLLC offers out-of-network services. We use Thrizer to verify out-of-network benefits and assist with reimbursement.

    Please note:

    • Out-of-network benefits vary by plan and are not guaranteed

    • Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service

    • Thrizer helps streamline reimbursement but does not guarantee payment

  • You will create an account on Thrizer, add your insurance information and payment method, review your out-of-network benefits, and pay your co-insurance for sessions. This can save you on average 70% upfront on our sessions. You can review your OON benefits and cost of sessions before your first appointment directly on Thrizer, enabling you to make a fully informed investment decision.

    We can still provide you with a superbill for individual sessions (a detailed receipt of services) that you submit directly to your insurance company if you chose not to use Thrizer.

  • Payment is 24 hours prior to your appointment. For your convenience, we securely store credit/debit cards through our EHR HIPPA compliant client portal.

  • Yes, A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available for clients with financial constraints on a case-by-case basis. Rates are reviewed every 3 months.

  • As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost. We provide a clear estimate of session fees so you can make informed decisions. We are happy to provide this written estimate upon scheduling your first session.
