This Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letter is issued only to existing clients of That’s So Therapy, PLLC who have established an ongoing therapeutic relationship. In order to be eligible for ESA documentation, a client must have been seen for a minimum of four (4) clinical sessions with Licensed Professional Counselor Sophie Vonner, MA, LPC, NCC, to allow for adequate clinical assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and verification of therapeutic need.

The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the client is currently engaged in mental health treatment and that the presence of an Emotional Support Animal is recommended as part of their care plan to alleviate specific symptoms related to a diagnosed mental health condition. This letter does not serve as certification for a service animal and should only be used for purposes permitted under the Fair Housing Act (FHA) or Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) when applicable.

All ESA letters are based on clinical judgment, therapeutic necessity, and federal guidelines. Letters will not be issued for individuals who are not active clients, have not met the session minimum, or whose clinical needs do not align with ESA recommendations.
